Next Monday is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and there will be no class. (January 17).... HAVE A GREAT THREE DAY WEEKEND...

  • WEATHER ALERT... Moses Lake School District was running 2 hours late on Wednesday. Remember that Mr. Key and I will be in class no matter what the weather. You may come if you are serious about your GED. It's going to get cold. Bundle up and stay warm.
  • Don't forget to get your "Time on Task" sheets signed every day. If you are in any activity that is not on the OdysseyWare or Passkey or APEX, be sure to get it signed. Students that do not show adequate progress will be put on an academic contract. It is your responsibility to get the "Time on Task" sheets signed each day. If you were on a job, you would want to get paid for what you do. You want to be "paid" for what you do in class. Record keeping is a very important job skill.
  • Eventually the "Time on Task" sheets will go away and you will have to post a response to the blog. You will be creating an email and a Google account. The email account will help you in applying for employment. Most applications are now on line and you will need an email address to apply for these jobs.
